Mike Hadfield

Biography

Mike set up the firm over 24 years ago after over 10 years practice in reputable London firms and prior to that in the Civil Service. He had no particular ambition to start his own firm but was frustrated by what he saw as the strictures and politics of larger firms which prevented him from developing his practice in the way he wanted to. Together with his business partner Karen the firm has steadily grown but has retained its core values.

Mike devotes a great deal of his energy and time to the firm but outside of that enjoys time with his family and has a wide range of interests in politics, current affairs, music theatre and film. He was formerly Chair and Trustee of a charity for some years but had to give this up as the demands of the business increased. He hopes to be able to return to some public service role in the future.
